Staffmark Group in Orangeburg, SC is seeking an Injection Molding Process Technician on 2nd or 3rd shift, paying $34-$40 per hour. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot machines, optimize parameters, support maintenance, and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of injection molding experience.
• 2+ years of process technician experience.
• Able to operate forklift and overhead crane.
• Familiar with plastics/resins.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Optimize processing parameters to ensure quality, efficiency, and production targets.
• Conduct new product trials and support process validation activities.
• Program and maintain robotic automation systems and end-of-arm tooling.
• Perform First-Off/Last-Off inspections and monitor product quality standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and tooling teams to resolve equipment and mold issues.
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and process records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures and policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping standards.
• Assist with production leadership and serve as backup for the Shift Supervisor when needed.
