Connect Search LLC is hiring a full-time Process Technician in Butler, WI (53007) for a reputable manufacturing company. The role is permanent with benefits and immediate interviews.

You will work the 1st shift (7am–3:30pm), onsite, with responsibilities including setup and troubleshooting of injection molding machines, using the O.P.M. 20 system, and ensuring ISO-compliant processes.

Competenze

• Experience with injection molding machines is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards.

Mansioni

• Setup and troubleshooting of injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Use of O.P.M. 20 system to troubleshoot process problems and document changes.
• Use of production process change form if adjustments exceed control limits.
• Collaborate with Process Engineer to establish process control limits.
• Communicate process changes to operators/inspectors to ensure ISO-compliant inspections.
• Report machine and process status to supervisor and team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment daily.
