The role offers 2nd (3pm–11pm) and 3rd (11pm–7am) shifts in a manufacturing environment. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve process issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school certificate or associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of injection molding or related manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read instructions and drawings; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain injection molding machines for safe operation.
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and downtime causes to minimize delays.
• Perform machine startups, shutdowns, and process verification.
• Assist with mold changes, machine setups, and equipment adjustments.
• Install and verify dryers, conveyors, robots, and handling systems.
• Record parameters, downtime, and corrective actions.
• Support process improvements and 5S/Lean practices.
• Ensure quality of molded parts per specifications.
