Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) in Winchester, KY is hiring a Process Technician to operate and adjust injection molding processes, manage material blends, and ensure parts meet QA standards. The role emphasizes safety, collaboration with production teams, and adherence to ISO standards in a 2-2-3 7pm–7am schedule.

You will monitor machines, perform setting adjustments, and assist in training operators while maintaining clear communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 schedule).
• Strong knowledge of injection molding and ability to operate an injection molding machine.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to train others and knowledge of ISO Standards.

Responsibilities

• Make changes to the machine process and material blends.
• Assist in developing an efficient process to meet daily goals set by production management.
• Responsible for daily processing of machines and raw material handling.
• Maintain control of processes for injection molding.
• Monitor and perform setting adjustments on injection molding machines.
• Ensure all parts meet IWT QA Standards, perform routine QA checks.
• Assist supervisor with training utility and machine operators.
• Ensure all employees maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain open communication with all employees.
