Job summary

TechDigital Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Injection Molding Process Technician to establish and maintain molding processes in a fast-paced medical manufacturing environment. This on-site role reports to the Process Engineering Technician Supervisor.

You will troubleshoot production issues, document new and existing processes, and perform DOE studies to set processing windows for plastic parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience operating injection molding process equipment.
• RJG Master Molder I Certification or related injection molding education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receives adjustment priorities from the Shift Supervisor.
• Set up machines with standard cycle times for production.
• Maintain quality standards per QA requirements.
• Document processing parameters and tool issues.
• Address machine alarms and diagnose root causes.
