Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Process Technician to support plastics manufacturing in Indianapolis, on-site. You will perform mold set-ups, troubleshoot processing issues, and drive improvements on injection and blow molding equipment as part of the Plastics Manufacturing Engineering Team.

You’ll collaborate with machine operators, process technicians, supervisors and maintenance staff, using tools and meters to ensure safe operation and maintain

Qualifications

• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, multimeter, tensiometer, and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn; good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform process troubleshooting, mold and cell setups on injection and blow molding machines and related plastics equipment.
• Troubleshoot and correct processing issues, respond to downtime events, and coordinate with operations.
• Work closely with machine operators, process technicians, supervisors and maintenance staff.
