Qualifications

• Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, multimeter, tensiometer, and precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform process troubleshooting, mold and cell set up set‑ups and corrective/preventive tasks on injection/blow molding machines and related equipment.
• Handle mold, EOAT, cell set‑ups and troubleshoot downtime, communicating with operations.
• Work closely with machine operators, process technicians, supervisors and maintenance staff.
