Qualifications

• Experience in mold setup, machine setup, or plastic injection molding operations.
• Knowledge of plastic resin processing parameters and injection molding processes.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform mold installation, removal, and changeovers on plastic injection molding machines.
• Set up and adjust machine process parameters to ensure product quality.
• Verify operation of molds, cooling systems, and production equipment.
• Perform production start-ups and make process adjustments to meet quality specifications.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production departments to optimize processes.
