Job summary

Quality Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a motivated team member for the third shift in a world-class manufacturing environment in Puerto Rico and the USA. You will monitor production activities, train new hires, and uphold safety, quality, and efficiency across the shift.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing policies, maintaining clean work areas, and documenting production processes. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exposure to Injection Molding processes.
• Knowledge or training in GMP and SPC.
• Good machine setup skills.
• Working knowledge of Injection Molding machines.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Leadership and supervision abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment.
• Willingness to work the 3rd shift (10:30 PM–6:30 AM).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct third-shift production activities.
• Train and provide guidance to new hires.
• Evaluate employee performance on a timely basis.
• Maintain plant safety, security, and compliance throughout the shift.
• Ensure the quality and quantity of products manufactured during the shift.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain proper organization, housekeeping, and cleanliness of the work area.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
• Complete and maintain required production and process documentation.
• Perform plant closing procedures at the end of the week.
• Ensure all responsibilities of supervised personnel are properly completed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
