Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in plastics molding and mold setup.
• Ability to read blueprints and setup sheets.
• Strong troubleshooting and safety focus.
• Welcoming overtime and flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, shut down, and troubleshoot injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Load, verify, and adjust temperatures, pressures, transfer positions, cycle times, and drying profiles.
• Monitor production and make data-driven adjustments to maintain quality and throughput.
• Respond to alarms, address process issues, and reduce scrap.
• Operate forklifts and assist with material handling when certified.
