Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor plastic injection molding machines.
• Perform start-ups, shutdowns, and adjustments.
• Remove finished parts and perform trimming or secondary operations.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections.
• Document production counts and inspection results.
• Follow safety procedures and 5S principles.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Report issues to Supervisors promptly.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager and teams to meet goals.
