Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or injection molding preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
• Remove finished parts and perform trimming or secondary operations.
• Conduct visual and basic dimensional inspections using gauges or calipers.
• Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and basic cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S standards).
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE, and quality standards.
• Report equipment or quality issues to supervisors.
• Support production goals and assist maintenance when needed.
