Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in plastic injection molding process development.
• Experience supporting mold trials, new product launches, and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, plastics technology, or related field.
• RJG/Paulson or equivalent training preferred; proficiency with ERP and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, validate, and maintain robust injection molding processes.
• Lead process setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze process data, cycle time, scrap, defects, and equipment performance.
• Support mold trials, capability studies, and transfer validated processes to production.
• Collaborate with Tooling, Quality, Maintenance, Automation, and Production teams.
