Job summary

Premier PV is seeking an Injection Molding Operator to run molding equipment, load materials, and inspect parts for defects in a safe, efficient environment. You will support 5S practices, document production, and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read work instructions. Prior plastics production experience and forklift certification are a plus in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Load raw materials and components into equipment as required.
• Remove finished parts and visually inspect for defects.
• Package, label, and move finished products per specifications.
• Maintain production rates while following quality and safety standards.
• Monitor machine operation and report abnormalities or equipment issues.
