Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Operator to support injection molding production at our facility. The role involves visually monitoring the molding process, removing parts, and performing defect inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend specifications, blueprints, instructions, and written procedures.
• Adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visually monitor the molding process and remove molded parts from injection molding machines.
• Perform gross defect inspections on parts and packaging to ensure they meet specifications.
• Lift and carry totes and boxes, pack finished product, and apply correct shipping labels.
• Verify line clearances and maintain applicable documentation at the machine.
• Change materials at the machine and stock daily supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor to ensure safe and efficient production.
• Follow FDA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements; read and understand company policies and procedures.
• Support safety and quality programs and participate in ongoing improvements.
