Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Inspector/Packer to manually inspect completed plastics parts and prepare them for shipping. The role involves sealing boxes, printing labels, stacking pallets, and operating molding presses as needed, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

The candidate should be able to work with others, follow safety guidelines, and document product data. Training new inspectors and adherence to quality standards may be required.

Qualifications

• Math skills up to average or better.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Good color perception and manual dexterity.
• Lift up to 35 lbs safely.
• Teamwork with all levels of staff.
• Maintain orderly and detail-oriented work.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plastics parts for visual defects during in-process inspection.
• Record product-related data as required by management.
• Pack products into shipping containers and label correctly using SAP.
