Job summary

Viant in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Operator to ensure machines run to spec, assemble and inspect parts, and maintain proper GMP/ISO documentation. You will record production data, support mold techs and maintenance, and help move parts through injection molding processes while upholding quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and at least one year in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Training includes benefits after hire and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fast-paced manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Inspect and pack parts per work instructions.
• Maintain GMP and ISO 13485:2016 documentation.
• Report data and coordinate with maintenance for issues.
• Document hourly/daily production numbers for supervision.
