Job summary

Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. is seeking Machine Operators/Inspectors to support injection molding and secondary processes. No experience is required—training will be provided.

You will inspect, weigh, and document parts to ensure quality, while following MOM instructions and recording data in Epicor. Responsibilities include inspecting parts, identifying defects, reporting issues, and performing post-molding tasks. Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines according to MOM instructions.
• Record molded part quantities on job travelers and input data into Epicor.
• Inspect manufactured parts for conformance to specifications.
• Identify, document, and remove nonconforming products by defect type.
• Notify Production Supervisor of excessive defects or quality concerns.
• Perform in-process operations such as trimming, packing, and other MOM-guided tasks.
• Complete post-molding operations as required.
• Count, weigh, and record accepted and rejected parts.
• Read and interpret job travelers for inspection specs.
• Complete documentation related to rework and nonconforming materials.
• Report quality or mechanical issues to the Production Supervisor or Mold Technician.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
