Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking experienced Machine Operators and Trimmers for our plastics manufacturing team in Michigan. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, efficient, and able to work well with others, with the flexibility to work overtime.

Responsibilities include operating an injection molding press, trimming and deburring excess material, painting products to spec, and packing for shipment. Candidates must have HS diploma or GED, basic math, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and able to follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• HS diploma or GED required; Plastics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding press.
• Trim and deburr excess material on products.
• Paint raw product to consumer liking.
• Quality check and ensure product meets specifications.
• Package and prepare product for shipment.
