Key duties include operating and monitoring machines, performing basic inspections, and keeping the workstation clean and compliant with 5S. Training will cover safety, PPE, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in manufacturing or injection molding preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring tools is a plus.

Pay: $17/hour
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview:

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection molding and automated soft-trim equipment in a modern automotive manufacturing facility. This role ensures machines run safely and efficiently while producing high-quality automotive interior parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines.
• Remove finished parts and perform trimming or secondary operations.
