Aufgaben

• Performs mold, insert and material changeovers.
• Tear down and maintain molds.
• Set up work centers, robot end of arm tooling, pallets, cooling fixtures and related equipment.
• Monitors process and inspects parts at start up and during production run.
• Move finished goods to inventory.
• Print required labels.
• Monitor and replenish operator station (boxes, clamps, hardware kits, pallets, etc.).
• Relieve operator at breaks.
• Record production activity via production tracking system.
• Grind scrap parts and advise on regrind inventory.
• Provide training to other associates.
