Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines and support equipment to maintain production goals.
• Learn machine operation procedures, identify common machine faults, and restart production after resolving issues.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Assist Molding Technicians and Set-Up Personnel with production activities as needed.
• Complete production records, inspection documentation, and other required paperwork accurately.
• Change reels, handle raw materials and finished goods, and support material movement throughout the department.
