Westfall Technik, Wakefield location, is seeking a Machine Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3pm-11pm). Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding presses and inspect parts per customer specifications.
• Check parts using a micrometer and identify quality defects such as cracks or chips.
• Trim and inspect parts as needed by customer requirements.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures in a continuous improvement environment.
• Count, organize and package parts per requirements; complete shift paperwork.
• Communicate part defects or production issues to Lead, Technician, or Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment; work as a team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
