Kelly is seeking a Molding Operator I in Greensboro, NC. The role operates injection-molding presses, performs inspections, and ensures quality and safety standards are met. Training is provided, and the position is on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection-molding equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Conduct visual inspections of molded products, ensuring quality standards are met per the QIP and mold book specifications.
• Properly package finished products in accordance with packing process sheets.
• Accurately complete all required production paperwork, including reporting on output, scrap, downtime, equipment issues, and labor hours.
• Perform weight counting, fill totes, and label product to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Transfer product between process steps as required.
• Load and unload components into/out of molds, depending on equipment automation level.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
