Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Two years of manufacturing or military experience.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to troubleshoot routine production problems.
• Mechanical, maintenance, or injection molding experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and move frequently, lift and carry materials, and perform repetitive reaching, handling, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operate one or more injection molding machines safely and address downstream automation faults.
• Load and unload materials using an electric pallet jack.
• Inspect finished parts according to quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records.
• Assist the team during startup, downtime, product changes, equipment issues, and cleanup.
• Keep assigned work areas clean and follow all safety procedures, including required protective equipment.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.
