Job summary

Blum USA is seeking an energetic Injection Molding Operator for 1st shift in Stanley, NC. The role offers an hourly base rate of $22.55 with potential $1.00 shift differential for off shift and opportunities for bonuses.

You will operate fully automated Engel injection molding machines, assist with set ups and changeovers, load materials, and perform quality checks with documentation. Work hours are 7am–3pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience in injection molding.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to pass Physical Capacity Profile test.

Responsibilities

• Operate fully automated Engel Injection Molding Machines.
• Assist with set ups and changeovers.
• Load correct raw materials and keep color hoppers full.
• Perform quality checks and documentation.
