Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; manufacturing/production experience is a plus.
• Ability to read work instructions, measurements, and quality documentation.
• Basic math, reading, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce quality parts.
• Perform secondary operations including trimming, milling, heat staking, welding, and pad printing.
• Inspect products using quality standards, measuring tools, gauges, and visual checks.
