Job summary

Kreate, a family-owned plastic injection molding company in Findlay, Ohio, seeks a hands-on operator to run molding machines, set up molds, and drive productivity improvements on the plant floor. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.
• Capacity to lift heavy boxes regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines (preferably UBE or Hydraulic).
• Set up and launch first piece production.
• Monitor cycle times and implement productivity improvements.
• Launch new molds and obtain first piece approval.
• Train teammates and ensure safe, clean work area.
