Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, and preferably injection molding.
• Experience with machine setup, stamping, sawing or similar equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines safely and efficiently.
• Assemble, inspect, and package molded parts per quality standards.
• Maintain accurate piece counts and scrap records.
• Assist with job setups and machine changeovers as training progresses.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Learn and support company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Participate in training to prepare for Setup Assistant responsibilities.
• Support production goals and perform other duties as assigned.
