Job summary

VRC Engineered Solutions in Idaho is seeking an Injection Molding Operator to support production on a fast-paced line. You will operate manual injection molding equipment, perform finishing and trimming, and inspect parts to ensure quality.

Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour
1st Shift Hours: Monday through Friday 7AM to 3:30PM

Description

This position is responsible for supporting production through the operation of injection molding equipment, finishing and inspection of parts, and assembly of final products. The role ensures adherence to quality standards and safety requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate injection molding machines (manual operation)
• Perform finishing and trimming of molded parts
• Inspect parts for basic quality defects
• Assemble final products according to specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects
• Frequently required to bend, twist, reach, and lift

• Work environment includes moderate noise levels
