Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written instructions.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding presses and related manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor daily production to ensure schedules, quality standards, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Assist with mold setup, machine startup, and process adjustments as directed.
• Read, complete, and maintain process documentation and production records.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify product quality and identify defects.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues while working with production and quality teams to implement solutions.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and equipment cleaning as required.
• Support Lean manufacturing initiatives, workplace organization, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Handle molds and materials safely, including transporting, cleaning, and storing molds as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.
