Job summary

Aermican Orthodontics is seeking an Injection Molding Operator to operate and monitor molding presses in our Sheboygan, WI facility. You will manually degate parts, inspect with accuracy, and support secondary processes to meet engineering specifications.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 pounds, and maintaining quality through meticulous visual and microscope checks. Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in direct manufacturing.
• Experience with injection molding a plus.
• Must be able to sit/stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to look at small parts for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities
