Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a hands-on Director of Manufacturing Operations for Injection Molding in Fitchburg, MA. You will lead operations across molding, machining, plating, assembly and secondary processes in an ISO 13485 and FDA-regulated environment, while remaining deeply involved on the factory floor.

The role emphasizes developing people, solving manufacturing challenges, and delivering on schedules, quality, and delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Direct thermoplastic injection molding experience required.
• Progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in medical device ISO 13485 or FDA-regulated environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations across molding, machining, plating, assembly, and secondary ops.
• Maintain floor presence and align with production priorities.
• Ensure schedules, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Drive safety, quality, throughput, and cost improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance.
• Mentor supervisors and frontline teams.
