Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager for a hands-on, floor-focused leadership role in a fast-paced plastic injection molding environment. You will own daily operations, drive yield, cycle time reductions, and on-time delivery while mentoring teams and coordinating with customers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding.
Experience managing multiple shifts and 30+ machines.
Strong knowledge of processing, tooling, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Lead on the production floor to drive On-Time Delivery and quality.
Optimize personnel, materials, and equipment to meet goals.
Provide hands-on technical work including tool setting and adjustments.
Coach and develop team members with real-time feedback.
Partner with customers to resolve issues and maintain relationships.
