Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on injection molding processing experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and process optimization skills.
• BS in Engineering preferred, but experience will be considered in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Developing, optimizing, and maintaining robust injection molding processes.
• Scientific molding and process window development.
• Supporting validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Troubleshooting scrap, cosmetic issues, dimensional variation, and cycle time.
• Partnering closely with tooling, quality, and production teams.
• Supporting new product launches and process transfers as needed.
