Omega Plastics Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for our 1st shift at the Clinton Township, MI facility.

You will ensure accurate handling, movement, and control of production materials, manage inventory in the ERP system, and support material changeovers for plastic injection molding operations. This on-site, full-time role requires lifting up to 55 pounds, operating forklifts, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and completing paperwork and material receipts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a Material Handler in a plastic injection molding environment is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsabilités

• Uphold and communicate the purpose, principles, and vision of Omega Plastics Inc.
• Proper set-up of resin handling equipment (dryers, injection molding machines, hoppers).
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Fill hoppers with material using a ladder and bucket and/or automatic feeder to ensure continuous production of all production running Injection Molding Machines, including monitoring of the dryers and logging resin usage.
