Amcor is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Manager to lead the molding department toward safety, excellence, and efficiency. The role requires managing personnel, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with EHS&S, QA, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in plastic injection molding with leadership experience, strong safety leadership, and a data-driven mindset. This full-time position supports a 24/7 manufacturing environment in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of plastic injection molding leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong safety mindset and leadership.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with EHS&S, QA, Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead molding department to safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure safe work environment with EHS&S.
• Direct labor, staffing, and production schedules.
• Oversee budgets and cost reduction programs.
• Coordinate mold changes and repairs with Scheduling.
• Develop training and personnel development.
