Job summary

Niagara Bottling seeks a Maintenance Technician - Injection to maintain and repair production equipment including injection molders, blow molders, fillers and conveyors. You will diagnose issues, perform in-depth repairs, and coordinate with operators and supervisors to minimize downtime.

The role requires reading schematics, using precision tools, and leading maintenance tasks within a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment in New York. A strong safety mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments
• Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Reading and interpreting schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
• Experience with shop equipment and precision measuring tools
• Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a plant area

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems and conveyors
• Maintain industrial control systems
• Work independently and with team members to complete repairs safely and timely
• May fill in for production operator as needed
• Create and report repairs; document parts usage
• Follow plant safety rules and PPE requirements
