ICU Medical is seeking a Molding Maintenance Technician in Utah to diagnose and repair molding presses and ancillary equipment. You will document work performed and support World Class Maintenance with cross-functional collaboration.

You will troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems, assist Process Techs and Engineers, and participate in TPM and 5S initiatives while ensuring safe practices and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proven capability of troubleshooting pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems.
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic and electrical/electronic schematics.
• Develop kaizen understanding.
• Understand TPM concepts.
• Personal computer skills: Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Good team working skills.
• Good time management.
• Good attitude.

Responsabilités

• Support preventive maintenance and daily repair of injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, hydraulic and electronic systems on Injection Molding Machines and support equipment.
• Assist with setup reduction improvements of presses, molds and auxiliary equipment through Kaizen activities.
• Maintain spare parts inventory for injection molding equipment and auxiliary equipment.
• Maintain proper records regarding machine maintenance using the CMMS system.
• Participate in TPM in molding and maintain 5S standards.
• Work with Engineering, Planning and Tool and Die groups.
