MRP Solutions, a plastic cap manufacturer, seeks an experienced maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment and facility systems. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and actively support TPM initiatives through routine checks, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts to improve reliability.

Responsibilities include start-ups and shut-downs of injection molding machines, mold changes, automation

Formación

• Experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Ability to read and follow simple work instructions.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
