Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance or related technical experience preferred.
• Strong injection molding maintenance experience preferred.
• Technical school, maintenance certification, electrical certification, or equivalent training is a plus.
• Experience with hydraulics, electrical troubleshooting, robotics, automation, controls, and CMMS is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, robotics, automation, and related production systems.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, and control system issues.
• Read, interpret, and apply hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and manuals.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits, motors, drives, controls, sensors, relays, switches, and safety circuits.
• Troubleshoot complex hydraulic systems including pumps, valves, cylinders, and leaks.
• Support troubleshooting of robotics, material handling systems, conveyors, dryers, and other equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance and recommend reliability improvements.
• Lead or support root-cause analysis for major equipment breakdowns and recurring issues.
• Complete work orders in CMMS with documentation of repairs and parts used.
• Mentor Tier I/II technicians and provide technical guidance.
