Schaefer Plastics North America, LLC. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain injection molding machines, robotics, automation, and facility systems.

The role requires hands-on experience and the ability to diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic issues with limited supervision. The ideal candidate will have strong hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills, familiarity with schematics and CMMS, and the

Qualifikationen

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in injection molding.
Experience with hydraulics, electrical systems, robotics, and automation.
Technical training or certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and related equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic issues.
Read hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical schematics and diagrams.
Perform preventive maintenance and suggest corrective actions.
Complete work orders in the CMMS.
Support mold changes and production start-ups as needed.
