Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machinery and related equipment. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics and documentation, while supporting TPM initiatives.

You will collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience on injection molding machines or similar automated systems.
• Proven troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic domains.
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean manufacturing and root cause analysis tools.
• Experience with CMMS platforms such as SAP, Maximo, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and related equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics, manuals and other docs.
• Support TPM efforts and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
