Job summary
LEGO Group in Virginia is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding equipment and related systems. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and document activities in the CMMS to support production continuity.
The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, familiarity with TPM and Lean manufacturing, and the ability to read blueprints.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical certification or associate degree preferred: Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime and ensure production continuity.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics, manuals, and CMMS documentation.
- Support TPM efforts and participate in continuous improvement initiatives with accurate maintenance records.
