Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure the quality of injection-molded toy elements through rigorous inspections and measurements. You will use CMMs, CT scanners, and other precision tools to verify conformance to GD&T and specifications, and to document findings in SAP and related systems.

In this hybrid role based near Richmond, you will collaborate with Quality, Production, and Engineering teams to containment and corrective actions, with a focus on safety and continuous

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspections.
• Ability to perform visual, color, surface-finish and dimensional inspections using approved standards.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to use inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform various inspections (visual, functional, dimensional, color, surface-finish, product-safety).
• Identify and evaluate color and surface characteristics against standards.
• Operate precision inspection equipment (CMMs, CT scanners, calipers, height gauges).
• Interpret drawings, tolerances, and GD&T to determine conformance.
• Document non-conformances and report quality data in SAP or logs.
• Stop production if critical quality or safety concerns arise.
