Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in injection molding or plastics/manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience maintaining injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment repairs in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on injection molding presses, robotic systems, CNC machines, and auxiliary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Support installation, startup, relocation, and commissioning of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment documentation.
• Promote safety and ensure compliance with lockout/tagout procedures.

This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving injection molding presses, auxiliary equipment, robotic systems, and CNC machinery to ensure reliable equipment to safely lift up to 50 pounds.Experience maintaining Engel, Arburg, Sodick, Toyo, or similar injection molding equipment.Experience with robots, automation systems, and end-of-arm tooling.Experience supporting medical device, contract manufacturing, or ISO 13485-regulated environments.Experience maintaining dryers, chillers, thermolators, hot runner systems, conveyors, and material handling systems.Experience with CNC machines and automated manufacturing equipment.Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).Electrical
