Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair injection molding machinery and related equipment. You will document activities, follow safety standards, and reduce downtime.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, strong mechanical aptitude, and PLC/Ladder Logic knowledge; willingness to work overtime and weekends may be required. Company provides benefits from Day 1 and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics is preferred.
• Knowledge of Ladder Logic and PLCs is required.
• Ability to read basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair injection molding machinery and related equipment.
• Keep operating logs and document activities while on duty.
• Repair hydraulic systems, HVAC, conveyors, pneumatic circuits, electrical systems and fixtures.
• Perform PMs on auxiliary equipment and identify maintenance concerns.
• Move, install, and adjust fixtures, motors, and other electrical/mechanical equipment.
• Reduce machine downtime and improve manufacturing processes.
