Job summary

Revere Plastics Systems, LLC is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair and maintain the facility's machinery, including motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, conveyors, and injection molding equipment. The goal is to keep downtime at 10% or less while meeting safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3-5 years of troubleshooting experience, the ability to read drawings, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in troubleshooting injection molding and secondary equipment.
• Experience with robotics and programmable controls; ability to troubleshoot and modify programs.
• Industrial electrical knowledge or experience preferred.
• Reading electrical and mechanical drawings is desired.
• Must provide own tools and be willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance of all plant equipment, buildings, and grounds.
• Observe mechanical devices in operation and locate causes of trouble.
• Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts.
• Inspect parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements.
• Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments.
• Repair electrical equipment and control systems.
• Maintain records in compliance with quality procedures.
• Conduct plant-wide safety checks on equipment.
• Complete maintenance request forms and PM books after work.
• Must provide own tools and stay current with technology.
