Cambro Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Technician Supervisor in Huntington Beach, California. This hands-on role involves supervising up to 15 technicians in Pultrusion molding processes and ensuring safety and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the molding process and strong leadership skills.

The successful applicant will coordinate activities, train new hires, and maintain high-quality standards while fostering a team-focused environment. A high school diploma and experience in the molding field are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Pultrusion molding process, materials, molds, and machinery.
• Ability to lead a team and resolve technical issues.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record keeping.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and assist in all aspects of molding.
• Train new technicians on Pultrusion molding machines.
• Enforce department safety and production procedures.
