The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Operate press equipment safely and efficiently
• Review and interpret quality alerts and part specifications before starting a job
• Perform first-piece inspections and compare against approved first articles
• Accurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issues
